“This site may harm your computer.” is the warning message Google displays for the sites that may install malicious software on your computer.

Incase if you suspect that malicious software may have been installed on your computer, you can remove them.
You can report a website that may have violated Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.
And if you are the administrator of a site which is marked as malware site, visit: Google Support.
