Google had announced the launch of Pay-Per-Action ads. Google has made a new pricing model for the actions performed after landing on a page. This can be possible in Google content networks.
Pay-per-action advertising is a new pricing model that allows you to pay only for completed actions that you define, such as a lead, a sale, or a pageview, after a user has clicked on your ad on a publisher’s site.
A beta test page is launched : Pay-Per-Action Beta. You can create text ads, image ads and new text link ads. Vedio ads is not enabled yet. The ad should be paid only if the action is completed and not for clicks or impressions. The conversion tracking from Google gives you the information whether the action defined is completed or not. The Beta test is enabled only for U.S. users.
Hope this system from Google can save our money upto some extent.
