Every one now-a-days are eager to simplify their needs through websites. The main resource for the people is to search the most valid site through search engines. A site earns most of its traffic by search engine. One of the most eminent and efficient among search engines are Google and Yahoo. They both have some parameters for a site to be rated at the top 10 positions. The most important factor in the Google’s ranking formula is the link popularity.i.e. the inbound and outbound links for a site and is the same for Yahoo too. This helps the major search engines determine how popular your site is and therefore how high to rank it in the search engine results for a certain keyword.
How to determine link popularity? RankQuest, from it’s part decided to simplify it with a tool, Link Popularity. Link popularity Tool helps to measure how many other sites indexed by Google and Yahoo have links to the site provided. It is the number and quality of links that are pointing to your website. At the very basic level this mean that the more link you have coming to your site or pointing to your site. Get your API keys with the image links nearby.

The result displays a graphical comparison of Google and Yahoo. The popularity group which you belong to, with respect to the total number of links of your site is also shown. It’s high time now, start improving your link popularity.

A business is uncertain and incomplete without website. Website speaks what your product is and holds the mojor role in your sales. Each and everyone is running out of time in this fast moving world. Nobody is ready to waste their time since the world is highly competitive and many are ready to afford even for unworthy needs. So the loading time is very essential for a standard website. No matter how good your content, if it doesn’t blaze onto your visitors’ screens, they may never see it. Take a time limit not more than ten seconds, since that’s the limit of people’s ability to keep their attention focused while waiting.
Busy people are not likely to wait around long for pages to come up on their machines when there are millions of other Web sites are awiating to sell similar products. Optimizing your webpage loading time is essential for keeping your visitors. If your pages load time is too long due to un-optimized images, people simply leave your site before it is loaded! This way you may miss out many of sales. A site using a lot of JavaScript can easily delay the loading time by 10 seconds. A site using background music, flash or other multimedia applications can easily delay the loading time by a minute. A single page could require a dozen or more downloads from the host computer, with large graphics, sound and video files and is not good enough for the majority of the -not-so-patient clients.
I guess, you are eager to know how fast your website loads. Here is the tool,Web Speed Report. It shows how fast your web page loads.

The Web Speed Report tool doesn’t look at server speeds, server location, server load and of course the users PC speed. Just enter the URL to get the result. You will have the loading time for various PC speed.

I know most of you would have found out your keywords and identified the potential keywords related to your market. What Next? is the next big question. There are two things, which we are supposed to do. Optimization of our web pages for the Search Engines (SEO) is the first step and the optimization of pay per clicks is the other activity. To be more effective and productive, it is better to do the basic SEO first. What needs to be done for the Search Engine Optimization?
- Group four to five related core keywords into a group. Basically each group should be focusing a context.
- Briefly write down the context of each group.
- Now we need to come up with an article for each of the context. So it is one web page per context. Use the context brief to write the web page title.
- Find out the top 3 search results for the focused keywords. Now checkout their keyword density details. Use RankQuest Keyword Density Analyzer Tool.
- Compare the above details of the top players with yours. Now you know what needs to be done to be on par with the top players.
- Once you are ready with the web page, publish and move on to the next context and repeat step 2 to 5 for each group.
Once you are done with this, your foundation work is almost done. Try to get some external links (from quality sites related to your domain) for the identified keywords. If your site is new, then this should help in bringing the search engine crawlers to your site. What next? Would be covered in the next set of blogs. Stay tuned.

Use the Adwords Generator Tool from RankQuest to generate the keywords list
Increasing the number of keywords is one important task in Keyword Analysis. Let’s look at the usage of this tool - Adwords Generator from RankQuest.

Basically the tool requires three inputs, the core keywords, the prefix keywords and the suffix keywords. Core key phrase are those which are related to the market. The Prefix phrase are those which can come before the core key phrase. The suffix are those which can come after the core key phrase. Once we have provided these inputs, on selecting the keyword match scope (Broad Match, Exact Match, Phrase Match) and pressing the Generate action button, we get the list of keywords possible for the inputs given.
Once we get all possible combination of the keywords, we need to validate their potential using Keyword Tool from Google and further proceed.
